While our name may be new, our roots run deep—we have proudly served the bonsai community as The Bonsai Shack for the past 15 years.

As our business continues to grow, I felt it was the right time for a fresh start, one that reflects my passion for Japanese maples. With over 40 maples in my personal collection, the name Maple Leaf Bonsai felt like the perfect fit.

Our mission remains the same: to provide the tri-state area with the highest quality bonsai trees, as well as a wide selection of starter trees, pots, soils, tools, and everything else a bonsai enthusiast might need. We are also expanding our commitment to bonsai education, offering expert-led classes ranging from beginner fundamentals to advanced techniques.
